PAYMENT METHODS
Credit cards - We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using credit cards to make purchases with Shonastone.com. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address, and phone number your credit card company has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Money orders, Gift Certificates, Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks - Shonastone.com accepts Shonastone.com gift certificates, AMEX gift cheques, money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of money order or cashiers check. For personal and cashiers check please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. Shonastone.com cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge $25 fee on all returned checks.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shonastone.com does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.
During checkout you will notice column labeled "usually ships in'" this time frame refers to the approximate ship date from Shonastone.com, after funds have been negotiated.
RETURN POLICY
All of Shonastone.com
merchandise is guaranteed against defect for thirty (30) days. If any item is found to be defective within 14 days we will replace it at our expense or refund your money (in the form the funds were remitted). Any returns after 14 days and up to 30 days will be refunded via Shonastone.com gift certificate.
We will accept returns, for reasons other than defect up to 10 days after product delivery. Products must be returned in the original condition and original packaging to be accepted back by Shonastone.com. Funds for accepted returns will be returned in the form that they were remitted.
SALES TAXES
Shonastone.com does not collect sales tax outside of New Jersey on customer purchases. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or orders shipped to any other state.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
You agree that any legal action brought against Shonastone.com shall be governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Shonastone.com sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in the State of New Jersey.
